Just rebinged all seasons as had mixed up a lot of Jarl borg; King Horrick and King Harold. Torvi oldest is actually son of Jarl Borg (they guy who gets blood eagled) not king horrick. she then married King Horrick's son.
Torvi timeline:
Introduced as young wife to jarl borg. pregnant and young child (oldest son who dies in battle in season 5 - bjorns still treats as step son .. calls him son).
After king horrick is killed; raegnar spares his son and they dont really explain it but next time you seen them he and torvi are married when he is plotting with guy to usurps laegatha (Bjorn and her have sex but not together). He also sends bizerker to try to kill Bjorn.
Bjorn returns claims Torvi .... Horricks son never liked her so lets her go but keeps her son (not his as that why always thretens to kill him). In paris I believe he tries to blackmail Torvi to kill Bjorn. she kills him then they get kid back. after 2nd paris defeat it fast fwds like 8 yrs at least and thats when Bjorn and Torvi have their son and daughter (but he still calls her companion) and show Jarl Borg/Torvi son as a young teen.
Bjorn basically "divorces" Torvi as tells her doesnt love each other. Her and Ubbe hook up despite him being married to margeritte. Once they are defeated by Ivar and on run Margaritte ends up in chains and somewhere along way Ubbe and Torvi married. which pretty much brings things up. But down to one kid (daughter) as middle son (Bjorns son) killed in season 6.
Also along the way Bjorns first child (Siggy - mother shield madied wounded and suicide or takes off??) )just found dead in a ditch when aslag was watching... no one seemed to care.
