In Vikings: Valhalla[]
Leif Eriksson talks about life in Greenland. He says it's very quiet. Greenlanders call the Northern Lights the norörljós. Their stories say they’re the reflections of the Valkyries’ armor. They also have a story about how when the moon is low, and the sea is sleeping, you can hear the söngr of the hvalr swimming at the bottom of the world, then all at once, they explode from the darkness with mouths open wide enough to swallow a whole ship.
