Vladimir Kulich (born July 14, 1956) is a Czech-Canadian actor known for his work on Smokin' Aces, The Equalizer, and The 13th Warrior. He did the voice of Ulfric Stormcloak on The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. He portrayed Erik Marteinn on History Channel's Vikings.

Biography[]

Kulich was born inn Prague and began his training at the State Theatre of Czechoslovakia. Today he lives in a little cabin, surrounded by "Silicon Beach" mansions in Venice, California. He and his two half-brothers from his father's side started a production company called Charles Bridge Productions, based in Prague. Kulich intends for the company to provide assistance to foreign companies seeking to utilize the Czech Republic for future film projects.

  • While living in Montreal, Quebec, Canada as a young adult, he was a professional ice hockey player. He retired at twenty-one.
  • He has often volunteered in celebrity charity games including skating with the Los Angeles Kings Alumni Association.
  • He started a whitewater river rafting business near Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada. He worked as owner, operator, and occasional guide for ten years.
  • He is fluent in four languages: Czech, French, English, and Hungarian.
